Extruder Machine

This machine can be employed to carry out extrusion, a high-volume manufacturing process. A continuous profile can be formed by molten plastic. PVC resins can be used as a raw material to manufacture pipes, tubes, plastic films, plastic sheets, fencing, etc. The die in the PVC extruder machine shapes the molten plastic material that is cooled down until it is hard. The hard product obtained can then be cut or undergo several operations. The raw material has to be fed manually from the top-mounted hoppers. Clients are free to use additional raw material along with resins, based on the products to be produced.
